Intelect Mechanical established to offer a range of bespoke conveyor systems, elevator, ancillary equipment, platform and access structures predominantly within the food industry. Together the work force has a vast experience in the production and installation of such items. We pride ourselves on being able to offer engineering solutions that are tailored to the customer's exacting standards and to work closely with national and multi-national companies in the mechanical installation of larger projects.

Within these areas we have specialised in the design, build and installation of conveyor systems, and ancillary equipment such as:-

• Hoppers, storage and drag out.
• Conveyors, these can include the transport of raw materials throughout the entire production system to finished product, and are inclusive of all types.
• Sorting and separating conveyor systems, to present product and labeling and packing stations.

Our own workshop facilities allow for flexible working, we have:

• CNC hydraulic break press, guillotine, steel worker, plasma, rolls, cold cut saws, pillar drills and a large range of pulsed TIG and MIG welding plant.
• This linked with a comprehensive supplier list specialising in machining, laser cutting, water-jetting and surface finishers all local to our own factory.
• We are able to work with stainless and carbon steels along with alloys and a wide range of plastics.

Our team of highly skilled craftsmen provide

• An all inclusive service from initial concept, design, build, installation and commission. Every detail is considered so that the final design can be simple, hygienic and cost effective.
• We have also gained a great deal of experience of installing free-issue systems both working under the supervision of main contract project engineering teams or by being the appointed project engineers.
